When you want the throttle body that has the best flow, power, and response of any that will bolt up to the 1.6/1.6T Hyundai/Kia gamma OEM intake manifold this is THE ONE!

These start out as OEM 60 mm throttle bodies that go through a long process to be converted to 64 mm.

First, we inspect them to be sure they function properly. Then we clean all surfaces in and out to a near new finish before they're taken to the machine shop. There the throttle bodies are disabled, machined to 64 mm inside diameter, new blades are machined, anodized, laser etched, shafts machined down for better flow, everything cleaned, then reassembled. From there another inspection and function check for quality control.

These come with a coolant bypass kit standard. If you need EVAP hose connection these can be drilled and tapped with an EVAP hose barb, or a 3-port throttle body spacer for the EVAP hose can be used, or if you need a coupler and clamps to fit this larger throttle body those items can be found on here as well.
